Our limited liability in any sale or transaction regardless of injury or harm to purchaser or any third party known to purchaser is limited to a maximum refund of the full purchase price of the product, plus any taxes and shipping charges. Purchaser accepts full responsibility for use of our products by themselves or any third party. Purchaser agrees that any use or misuse of our products by purchaser or any third party known to purchaser in a manner other than what the product is intended is the sole and absolute responsibility of the final purchaser.
Dimensions/Descriptions
We do our best to provide accurate descriptions and dimensions for our products. However, sometimes unintentional errors are made in posting the information. As such, all such information on the website is considered approximate.
Product Care
We recommend that consumers not wear our products while in or near chlorine, while putting on perfume, hairsprays, lotions, sunscreens -- or in or around detergents, cleaners or chemical based products -- as they will discolor the finish of the jewelry. We suggest customers wait 5 minutes after any of the above before putting on our jewelry. We do not accept returns on product discolored by the above products. Like all jewelry -- we also suggest that consumers keep our products in closed bags or boxes in order to prolong the life and colors of the finish.
Right to service We retain the right to choose our customers and as such retain the right to also refuse service at our discretion.
