Shipping Policy:
1. All orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours (M-F) after confirmation of payment, subject to merchandise availability. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
2. Bill of lading # or tracking information will be provided.
5. If expediated shipping is preferred, cost of shipping will be quoted separately.
Return Policy:
1. To return a defective item, customers must notify Glitter and Ice, either by phone: (630) 864-2053 or email at customerservice@glitterandice.com, within 30 days after receipt of purchase.
2. Shipping charges are not refundable.
3. Cash and credit refunds are not available after 30 days.
